AI in YOUR CLASSROOM - A workshop with context!
AI in Your Classroom - Make it safe, make it fun, make it work!
Our new course goes live in November and we are offering a SPECIAL promotional price of £700 if you book for November.
We run a two phase workshop, the first with some of your pupils, finding out about which AI they use and how. From there we build a workshop for your staff. The final phase of the staff workshop will often include some of your pupils if circumstances allow. This is designed to give your staff the skills and understanding they need to work with their students, in their context. This is normally run over 2 half days. School Data - Making the Case
This is a workshop aimed at a whole staff cohort. The idea with this will be to engage all teachers with the need to collect, analyse and use data in their classes. The session would be set up so as to establish the need and value for data in a classroom setting.
The Audit
This is a workshop to review and rationalise the data landscape that exists in a school or college. This will be aimed at creating a framework for the delegates to use and develop on their return to the workplace.
Data Engagement - Staff
This is a workshop to review and develop strategies to build engagement among key stakeholders on the issues of data within your school or college setting. This will be aimed at creating a framework and action plan for the delegates to begin implementing across their setting.
Data Engagement - parents
This is a workshop focused squarely on managing the relationship with parents around school data. This is one of the most complex areas of data management and requires a very nuanced approach. It is context specific, but there are ways to get all parties working together. If you do that, the child is the ultimate beneficiary.
AI - how to use it in school
This is a workshop to examine and explore the risks and benefits of using AI in a school setting. We work with teachers and SLT and students where appropriate, to help you develop an effective approach to and deployment of AI in your school. This will encompass how this can integrate with your school's data landscape.
data Best Practice - beyond the basics
This is a workshop is designed to build on existing practice and ensure that good practice is embedded throughout your school. Specifically, we look at standardised data and your own school generated data, how to triangulate data effectively and how to interpret data appropriately. This is a hands on, activity based workshop. It can include the use of live data from your school.

This workshop for teachers, librarians and school leaders provides the knowledge and practical strategies to maximise the impact of libraries--both whole-school and classroom-based--as powerful tools for reading development, curriculum enrichment, and lifelong learning. It explores how well-curated, inclusive, and accessible libraries can support literacy, wellbeing and equity
Creating a Culture of Reading
This workshop empowers support staff, teachers and school leaders to embed a strong, research-informed Reading for Pleasure (RfP) ethos across their schools. It draws on key findings from the UKLA, the Open University’s RfP research, and national curriculum guidance, demonstrating how a love of reading supports academic achievement, emotional wellbeing, and lifelong learning.
Engaging Families
This CPD training equips teachers and school leaders with strategies to foster meaningful and collaborative partnerships with parents and carers to enhance children’s reading development.
Recognising parents as vital partners in reading, the session explores ways to engage families, share knowledge, and create supportive home reading environments.

As teachers, we know growth takes time and people and cultures need to be nurtured. That is why we are offering a model of CPD and support that goes beyond the standard. Sign up for our Growth model and we will give you multiple, regular and focused support throughout the year.
Termly CPD, multiple drop in sessions, a planned programme for the year and beyond and measurable metrics. We even guarantee that one of the CPD sessions will be in person at your school.
Webinar
This will be a one hour session with a thirty minute Q&A/support slot at the end. The course will be supported with materials before and after for discussion and development. This will focus on ONE thread.

Large School (More than 500 pupils) £400.
Webinar Plus
This would be as the webinar, with a follow up meeting to discuss progress and mentor key individuals in the process. The follow up meeting would be a group meeting for 1 hour with Q&A and reflection materials. Questions and reflections would be invited prior to the meeting with a view to focusing the workshop on specific need.

Short Course
These are a half a day of CPD with a group of teachers, middle leaders, senior leaders and perhaps parents. These would be the in-person equivalent of the above. They would include a pre-course pack of materials and a post session task/follow up via either our LMS or as email - whichever works. This will focus on TWO threads.

This can be offered online by arrangement.
Short Course Plus
This would be the same as the Short Course, with a single follow up meeting to discuss progress and mentor key individuals in the process. This would also include a full report based on findings and conclusions.

FULL Course
This is a full day of CPD with a group of teachers, middle leaders, senior leaders and perhaps parents. This includes a free follow up meeting as part of the support available. This will focus on up to THREE threads.

FULL Audit and Report
This would be a series of 3 days engagement with the school in a format and time to be agreed. This time can be split to fit with the operational needs of the schools or colleges. A full report on ALL THREADS would be provided with a follow up CPD for 3 key stakeholder groups.
